How soon do I need to request my order?

We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for any orders. Due to the limited amount of custom orders we are able to accept, not all orders may be accepted. Please reach out as soon as you know when your event is to secure your order and ensure availability in the schedule.

Where are you located?

We are a home based bakery located in Lake Elmo, MN

Do you deliver?

We require you to pick up your order in Lake Elmo, MN. However, clients within 15 miles of Lake Elmo can coordinate a delivery with an additional fee; please reach out to the team with questions.

Do you ship?

We do not ship due to restrictions set in place by our MN Cottage Food license.

Do you require a deposit?

For custom cookie orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order acceptance. Your order will not be confirmed until deposit is received.

For any seasonal sets, full payment is required at time of order. Your order will not be confirmed until payment is received.


What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we can accept cash and Venmo payments. Full payment is due at the time of pickup.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the amount of preparatory work involved in each order, we ask for 3 days notice if you need to cancel your order. We can work with you to reschedule your order if needed. Deposits are non refundable and will not be returned.

What flavors do you have?

For cookies, we use traditional sugar cookie dough and royal icing. We are able to make other flavors including chocolate cookies and pumpkin spice cookies; please reach out for pricing and accommodation.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes! Gluten free cookies are available by request with an additional fee.


For those with gluten allergies, we recommend finding an exclusive gluten free baker to work with due to the risk of contamination.
